Intro to Essential Oils
"Fast forward to today: I am completely off allergy medication. Ryder is sleeping completely
through the night. We've saved money from doctor visits, prescription drugs,
and over-the-counter medicines. Our house is less toxic and I've been able to make
my own bug spray, hand sanitizer, boo boo spray, household cleaners, face wash, and other
necessaries that I know are not only harmful to my family but insanely beneficial!..."

Sweet Dreams Cream
"One of the first things I made after I got my Young Living essential oil starter kit
was make a Sleepy Cream for Ryder. At the time he was waking once or twice a night
just to have us hold him in the rocker for a few minutes. It wasn't too hard to get up and
be with him since it only took a few minutes but once I am awake during the night, I'm awake.
So it was starting to really exhaust us night after night for weeks..."

High Chair Spray
"We use it to clean all kitchen surfaces, the table and chairs, the bathroom counter,
and all other surfaces in the house, but mostly we use it for Ryder's high chair.
Which is why we call it our "high chair spray". It is safe enough that Ryder could literally
lick it off the counter and other than a bad taste, he would be perfectly fine!..."

Ouch Spray
"It's that time of year again. Time for the kids to get outside and play.
If your kids are anything like mine, then they are constantly tripping
over their own two feet. Ryder has already gotten his first skinned knee,
quickly followed by his second on the same knee, same day. We have encountered
splinters and cuts and it's only the beginning..."

Bug Spray
"My family loves to be outside! We don't love the bugs, however. I am convinced
that we have sugar in our blood with the way that we attract mosquitoes.
I want to keep us protected but I don't want us to be using harmful chemicals.
I've tried a few non-deet bug repellents but nothing seemed to really scare those suckers away!..."

First Aid Kit Makeover
This year I gave our first aid kit a complete makeover.
I made so many roller bottles and sprays with essential oils!
And I spent nearly half of what I have spent of chemical-filled products so many times before.
I wanted to share with you what I put in our first aid kit and how I made each item.
