Gift Guide For Baby Girl

First Christmases are so special! Even if baby won't remember that first magical holiday you will. I typically go big for holidays especially Christmas. This year we have been stuck with a nasty virus just two weeks before Christmas so we will have to kick it into high gear once we are all feeling better. Later this week we are planning on doing our big baking day, yearly ornament shopping, present wrapping, craft making, and sending out Christmas cards. Most of these are usually done by now but life just got ahead of me this year. I forgot how fast those first few months with a newborn fly by. We have been watching all the Christmas movies and Christmas music is always on in at least one room in the house.

Ryder's Christmas list this year had very specific things on it and his stocking will be filled with small trinkets and goodies that I found at Target (no shame here). Harper's list on the other hand, was so much fun to put together! She is too young to really need anything, but since there will be a lot of growth between now and the next gift giving holiday I wanted to get her a few toys that she will be able to use between now and then. Most of the things under the tree for her are infant gym toys and a couple infant musical toys that Ryder picked out to give her. Santa will be bringing her a wooden infant gym to use with her presents. Her stocking stuffers were my favorite things to pick out!

I can't wait to put her in those tiny ballet slippers or tights! And that little mermaid doll is the cutest! We have a growing collection of pacifier clips from Madeline's Box but they are so handy and can be used with teethers as she grows. You can never have enough when you want to stop dropping pacifiers and teethers on the floor. Plus they are so soft! The Blush Bloom Quilt is one of our absolute favorite baby blankets in the house! It is soft and the perfect size for laying on the floor or over her car seat for outings. I didn't purchase the activity center for her just yet but it is most certainly on my wish list for when she is ready to play with bigger toys! It is so cute and they sell different interchangeable toys. Plus once she is too big for the seat, it transforms into a toddler table (chairs sold separately). Perfect for growing little ones!
