This weekend we celebrated our favorite little guy! It was a weekend full of fun with family and friends, lots of water play, sugar, and robots! He insisted on helping make his cake and had a say in every decoration and party planning. He was so excited to see it come together. And even though it was hard for me to let go of the control it was worth it to see how happy and proud he was. Maybe now that the robot birthday party is over we can stop obsessing over everything Transformers. Besides, while we were decorating for the party he was talking my ear off about his plans for next year's party.
His plans for next year's party include Lightning McQueen, Mater, and hippos. Wish us luck. ;)
