Lemon Pepper Chicken & Bow-tie Pasta


Lemon Pepper Chicken & Bow-tie Pasta
2 grilled chicken boneless breasts
lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/4 block cream cheese
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup frozen green beans
1/3 cup shredded carrots
cooking spray or oil
3 cups boiled bow-tie pasta

Spray a deep skillet with cooking spray (or use a small amount of oil of your choice). Saute grilled chicken pieces, garlic, lemon juice, & carrots for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Add cream cheese, chicken broth, & green beans. Cook until cream cheese in melted. Add pasta & heat through. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

**You can add any vegetables that you wish. I've used peas before as well.
