1 lb ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cans french onion soup
2 teaspoons salt
pinch of pepper
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cold water
1. Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, & 1/3 cup soup in a large bowl.
2. In a large skillet, shape beef mixture into 6 patties. Brown for 3-4 minutes each side on medium.
3. Remove patties from skillet.
4. Add remaining soup to skillet. Stir in ketchup, mustard, & worchestersire sauce.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Combine flour & water. Stir slowly into sauce.
7. Return beef to skillet & simmer for 15 minutes or until beef is fully cooked.
Best served over noodles or with mashed potatoes. {We like ours over noodles}
