Merry Christmas Eve!

It's finally here! I feel like I wait so long for this day to get here & then it goes by in the blink of an eye. Ryder's first Christmas Eve was everything that I'd hoped it would be! This past week we have been so busy! And today is no exception. We started the morning off having a late breakfast out with Nana & good friends.

We made some Christmas arts & crafts after daddy got home early from work!

After dinner we headed to our church for a beautiful Christmas Eve service which Ryder did great considering it was bed time halfway through.

Don't mind the pout in the picture. He was happy. It's just hard to get a picture of him smiling when there is no one behind the camera to make faces & silly noises.

Once we got home we rushed for bath & bed because Santa was coming! But first we had to read The Night Before Christmas. Ryder was very interested. Maybe he knows that Santa is coming & that he was an extra good boy this year ;)

Now that the stockings have been stuffed, the presents placed under the tree, Seth & I have only one thing left to do before we got some shut eye. We grabbed some snack, a beer, & turned on Elf!

"Santa! Santa is coming! I know him!"
